Is anyone else absolutely, positively, all the way much more than ready for fall? Or is it just me?
If I'm going to be technically correct, I know fall isn't for another 13 days, but for me it's fall when it feels like it's fall! and today for the first time in months, it wasn't hot outside, it was windy!
Even while I look out the windows right now I can see how windy it is....
I really can't wait for even cooler weather and strong wind that makes leaves blow everywhere!!!
I think one of my very favorite things about fall are the clothes!!!

ReplyDeleteThe book that I was reading is called The Pursuit of God, by a pastor named A.W. Tozer. It's a wonderful book that I would highly recommend. It is basically a book for Christians who are unsatisfied by the hollow showmanship of the modern church and desire true friendship with God, knowing Him intimately and "following hard after Him." It is a powerful book that can't be read lightly, but it is also a book that will fill you with hope if you feel thirsty for more of God's presence in your life. I'm going to re-read it more slowly sometime soon so I can glean more from it, and I hope to post more about it when I do. :-)
