30 Day Blog Challenge

DAY 1.

What is your favorite song?

That's a really hard question, and I don't have one particular favorite, but here's one of them...

"The Trolley Song" from Meet Me in St. Louis! I love that song!

If you want to read the lyrics you can go here--http://the-best-musicals.blogspot.com/2010/10/meet-me-in-st-louis.html#comments

DAY 2.

What is your favorite movie?
Ooh, that's easy! My favorite movie is Singing In The Rain!

You probably already know what it's about, but in case you don't here's a plot summary!

Don Lockwood (Kelly) is a big silent movie star who plays opposite the beautiful, Lina Lamont (Hagen). As beautiful as she may be her voice makes you cringe.Cosmos Brown (O'Connor) is Dons best friend and pianist. When Don is on his way to a party he meets a show girl named Kathy Seldon (Reynolds). He immediately falls for her but she thinks he's rude and she can't stand him. After searching for her he finds her and they make up. Soon the talking movies are being made, and so Lamont and Lockwood try to make their first talky. But between his hammy, overacting and her voice the picture is a complete flop. Until Kathy comes up with the idea to make it into a musical. Cosmos decides to use Kathy's voice to dub over Lina's. But, the catch is Lina doesn't know...

   DAY 3.
